Companies Formation in 6 Easy Steps

Check Limited Company or LLP Name Availability

Insert your preferred name into the search box and using the drop down box select the type of company you wish to incorporate, i.e. LTD, Limited or LLP (Limited Liability Partnership). Select “Go”. This will enable you to see if your desired name is available for registration.

Choose one of the Company Incorporation Packages

Choose one of our packages or select the Pick and Mix option to build your own package. You may Upgrade or Downgrade between packages at the next step.

Option to Upgrade or Downgrade Company Formation Package

This step will show you a comparison table that might prompt you to upgrade to a better value for money package. Your initial choice will be clearly displayed as your “Current Choice”. You can just press the “Continue Order” button, if you do not wish to change your choice of package. However, you can upgrade to a more comprehensive package by pressing “Upgrade” button or downgrade to your original choice. Once you have made your final selection, press “Continue Order” button.

You will be taken to a Secure Trading page which is 100% safe to insert your credit/debit card details. We also accept PayPal payments as well as have a facility to process payments over the phone.

Your Company Details (Directors, Shareholders, Address, etc…)

Here you will be able to finalise the process of your company incorporation. This starts with your Registered Company Address. As this must be a physical location, if you wish to preserve your privacy we can provide you with such a service, along with other upgrades like mail forwarding that you may find useful.

You will also be asked to provide the details for a Company Director, a Shareholder and a Secretary (if you choose to have one) which will include the details of their residential address as well as identity verification details. These will be used to generate an Authentication Code by the Companies House to prevent any changes made to your company without your authorisation and reduce the identity fraud.
